These terms apply when you browse or buy from Melanin Luxe Collective. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before you order. We do our best to keep product descriptions, colors, and availability accurate, but screens vary and stock moves. If we can’t fulfill an order — pricing error, sold-out item, or failed payment — we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.
Made-to-order production
Physical items are printed for you after you order, so cancellations and changes are only possible before production begins. Production and delivery windows, along with our damage-and-misprint replacement policy, are set out in Shipping & Returns.
Digital greeting cards
A digital card purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to send, print, and share that card for personal use. You may not resell it, redistribute it as a template, or use it in commercial products. Because delivery is immediate, digital card sales are final.
Personalization
You are responsible for the text and names you add to a personalized item or card, including spelling. We may decline to produce personalization that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that uses someone else’s trademark or copyrighted material without permission, and we’ll refund those orders.
Our artwork
All artwork, photography, product designs, and copy on this site belong to Melanin Luxe Collective or our collaborators. Buying a product does not transfer those rights, and reproducing our designs for resale is not permitted.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your credentials secure and let us know promptly about unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
