Information we collect

• Order details you enter at checkout: name, email, shipping address, and the items, sizes, and personalization text you choose.
• Digital card recipients: the recipient name and email you provide so we can deliver the card you purchased.
• Email signups: your email address, if you subscribe to our list.
• Support messages: anything you send us through the contact form.
• Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and referring links, collected through Google Analytics.

We do not collect or store payment card numbers ourselves. When payments are enabled, card details are handled directly by our payment processor.

How we use it

• To produce, fulfill, and deliver your order and send order updates.
• To deliver digital greeting cards to the recipients you name.
• To answer support requests.
• To send marketing emails, only if you opted in — every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To understand which pages and products people find useful, so we can improve the store.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share only what a partner needs to do its job for us:

• Print-on-demand fulfillment partners, to print and ship your physical items.
• Our payment processor, to charge your order and prevent fraud.
• Our email provider, to send order and digital-delivery emails.
• Google Analytics, for aggregate traffic measurement.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

Cookies and local storage

Your cart, saved promo code, and recent order history are stored in your own browser so your basket survives a refresh — you can clear them any time by clearing site data. Google Analytics sets cookies to measure visits. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the store will still work, though your cart may not persist between visits.

Retention and security

We keep order records for as long as we need them to support you and meet recordkeeping obligations, then delete them. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access limited to people who need it. No online service can promise perfect security, so please use a strong, unique password on any account you create with us.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in any email or your email preferences page.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it — email hello@melaninluxecollective.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law.

Children

This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
