Every luxe piece is made to order — here's exactly how long it takes and how we make it right.
Production & shipping
Because every piece is made-to-order in partnership with our print-on-demand fulfillment partners, please allow 3–5 business days for production, followed by shipping.
- Standard U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited U.S. shipping: 2–3 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (duties may apply)
- Free U.S. shipping on orders over $75
Digital cards
Digital greeting cards are delivered instantly to the recipient's email once your order is complete. Because they're delivered immediately, digital card purchases are final.
Returns & exchanges
Because our physical products are made-to-order, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email us at hello@melaninluxecollective.com within 14 days with a photo — we'll make it right, on us, every time.
Sizing
Our apparel runs true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for our heavyweight hoodies and true-to-size for our tees.
